How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
highschool football and recreational martial arts.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
recovering natural bodybuilder, and personal trainer ha. started a few months before the 2008 games. certified and opened up and affiliate within 6 months of games. been a coach since october 2008.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
double days frequently, triple days infrequently, occasionally single days with only a strength day of an epic metcon. rest is as i feel needed. sometimes every other day with 2-3 wods a day, sometimes 3 on one off. usually let my motivation and body tell me what to do. when i feel crappy and unmotivated i dont train, because its a waste of effort. sometimes i workout strictly for mental health.
