Bio

From Sparta a small town in Tennessee, I played College Division 1 Basketball at Middle Tennessee State University 2008-2012. I went straight into real estate after Graduation. Found CrossFit in May of Last Year- It has completely transformed My Life and has not only given me an outlet to compete again but it has changed My whole out look on Fitness/Health. I started CrossFit weighing 235 pounds and through determination and constant work I have shredded pounds and completely transformed My whole body to now weighing right at 200lbs. I share my progress weekly and use it as encouragement and motivation to show people that they can have anything they want in life if they are just willing to work hard enough to obtain it. This CrossFit Journey has blessed my life and I want nothing more than to be an inspiration to others and be an example of how CrossFIt can change others life as well.
