How I Train
twice a week at most. I'm an old man.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
At one point my athleticism was only exceeded by my desire to crush fools on the pitch.... Then I tore my ACL twice. Now the only things I crush are pints of ice cream and Darren Rosten's hopes and dreams.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
training only 1 day a week allows me to keep dozens, upon dozens of excuses handy for my dwindling athleticism.
