How I Eat
I try and eat Paleo but just end up eating loads of chocolate (Lindor is a favourite) and takeaway chicken kebabs. Partial to the odd Double Cheeseburger too. Only after training though. Also fond of a glass or ten of red wine and a dram of Talisker or Lagavulin. Also like a few pints every now and then (every week). None of this stops me from being elite, and to some extent I think it actually helps.
How I Train
My exact training is a closely guarded secret, but the results speak for themselves, as those lucky enough to have witnessed my feats can attest to. Occasionally I'll do the odd Crossfit workout, just to embarrass the others.
My Athletic Background
Ice climbing is my passion. If I lived in Canada I probably wouldn't even do Crossfit. I like Kettlebells too and even own 4 of them. I can juggle with a 40kg bell you know... Weightlifting is fun as well, although I'm only any good at jerks. But I'm epic at these. Obviously.
My Experience With CrossFit
Will be joining Ali McGill from Jesmond at Regionals next year. Don't think I've got the enthusiasm this year. Then I'll take break for a few years and come back and dominate the Masters category. I'm a Level 1 Coach and enjoy coaching beginners, but only because it reminds me how good I actually am.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I only rest when Chuck Norris says I can.

I started doing Crossfit in approx 2008 PCM (pre-corporate machine)
