I currently train at Crossfit COL in Burlington, Ontario.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played volleyball, basketball and rugby in high school.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started Crossfit from a Groupon deal and once I used up all my classes, I signed up right away. I now plan my weekly schedule around my Crossfit schedule, you can say it's an addiction and definitely a priority!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I drank the Kool-Aid in July 2013 and I am almost hitting 2 years.
