How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Currently on a paleo challenge!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Crossfit Select from Monday to Friday and take my weekends as rest days. I try to get a WOD in at least 4-5 days a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played volleyball, basketball and rugby in high school. I currently still play in a volleyball league every other season.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started Crossfit from a Groupon deal and once I used up all my classes, I signed up right away. I now plan my weekly schedule around my Crossfit schedule, you can say it's an addiction and definitely a priority!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days

I started my Groupon classes in July 2013, but I strictly scheduled the days I train in September 2013.
