How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat well, especially on week days. I aim to get enough good calories in me to support my training. I have a tendency to overindulge at weekends sometimes however, which can sometimes undo some of the hard work I've put in during the week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I am an affilitae owner and do the programming for my box. I follow the box programming, as do all the coaches, to prove to our athletes that we have complete confidence in what we are putting out there. Practice what you preach!
