How I Eat
with my hands. Sometimes spoons, knives, forks, occasionally with napkin. Not paleo. I love maccaronni 'n' cheese.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My Goal each and every day is to fight the sleep out of my eyes, get my feet on the ground, head to that sweat box and draw the best damn T Rex on the white board I can draw. Only the best counts. Go tiny arms or go home.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Background in long distance running, which I now abhor. The more days I can go without running (or pull ups), the better. I hate those things each both equally.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My first crossfit workout was a 20 min AMRAP of 12 in box jumps, ring jumping pull ups, and knee push ups...I made it 8 minutes. I could totally do the entire 20 minutes now!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I will occasionally hit the gym more than once a day, but that's usually only when we have a "Wod 'N' Wine" evening, which means there's wine available, which means I'll show up.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have used these years to really hone in on those awesome T Rex drawings I referred to above. FB++ Dinosaur drawings.
