I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
In the mornings I get up and go to NW Crossfit - Bellevue. Once I'm in the door, zombie Jean takes over and I try to tune the pain out.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Used to run, but now I don't. So much happier now!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My first crossfit workout was a 20 min AMRAP of 12 in box jumps, ring jumping pull ups, and knee push ups...I made it 8 minutes. I could totally do the entire 20 minutes now!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I will occasionally hit the gym more than once a day, but it's a rarity.
