How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Zealous follower of the Zone Diet... not sure how "Paleo" I am. As hard as I try, I still manage to get 1 cheat meal a week. It's not much, but it's enough to make me tick the box.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at CROSSFIT 604. Joining CF604 has quite literally changed my life!

I regularly play recreational sports
