ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I don't follow strict Paleo or any particular diet plan. I eat animal proteins and fill my plate up with veggies and some fruit. Through years of trial and error I've got a good idea what works for me and what doesn't. My cheat meals typically consist of pizza and/or something sweet.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I write my own programming

About 80% of the time I train at my home gym (Monster Crossfit!!!). Occasionally, if I’m out of the area I'll usually find a park with a pull up bar or a track. Outside of the gym I’ll work on skill and my deficiencies.

My Athletic Background

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I was the fat kid all my life (over 350 lbs) so I never did sports but was always very competitive.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

All of the trainers a Monster Crossfit keep me working hard, build my drive, and keep me motivated. Jeremy, Eddie, Matt, Jimmy, and Justin all help me become a better athlete and I’ll be forever appreciative to all of them. The other athletes at the gym keep me pushing hard in every WOD and make sure that there isn't a single day that I slack.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I'm trying to get on 2x a day. Lacking equipment right now to do so.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
