How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am usually pretty good at paleo. But I have completely Zoned the diet. Been only doing this now for 4 months.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I like to keep notes in my iPhone. :-) I have almost every single WOD I've done. And the weights I used.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played a lot of basketball growing up. Tried to branch out and did some baseball as well as foot ball but basketball was always my sport. And I've also always loved heavy lifting.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I really don't like to rest for too long. But I do also know that the rest days are just as important.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
So yeah. It's only been 4 months. Not to long at all. :-)
