My name is Lyndsi Higgins, i started crossfitting about 1 year and 8 months ago. I am so excited to see where i rank in the crossfit world and am also excited to improve and work hard in every workout!
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm 100% paleo 80% of the time
How I Train
I have a coach who determines my programming
I go to Crossfit 209 Sports and i am trained by the best, Gabe Subry!! :)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I always did long distance running before i started CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
