My husband got me started on Crossfit. We enjoy doing WODs together, and our kids have even gotten the fever. They love working out with mommy :)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

My mom-job and work-job schedule is random, so there is no pattern to my workouts. I get in the gym when I can, and when I can't I am active with the kids.
