How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I drink much beer. I eat a lot of fatty meats.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I like to pretend I am trying hard. I am not.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did play a little JV but my heart wasn't in it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
CFSC all 4+ years. You should have seen how flabby and out of shape I was... and perhaps still am.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
rest is the best, way better than exercising.
