I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
Participate in timed sports running as individual in Firefit events across the border in Canada and Lung Association Stair climbs in US . I also do a few local 5k runs and enjoy the snow and water. Long distance runner in college and past Firefighter Combat Challenge participant as individual and two-person teams.

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Crossfit has been a pleasant surprise after years of classic gym workouts. I have met so many outstanding fellow athletes and coaches!
