I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
Currently participate in Firefit Championships in the summer and Lung Association Stair climbs in the spring. I also enjoy local 5k runs, snow and the water. Long distance runner in college, competed and placed in Natural Bodybuilding events many years ago.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Crossfit has been a pleasant surprise after years of classic gym workouts. I have met so many outstanding fellow athletes and coaches! Now in my third year and the energy and motivation of all the athletes around me is simply amazing and inspiring!!
