My Athletic Background
A runner in college, many years of classic gym weight training and recent 13 years participating in individual Firefit challenge events in Ontario and Quebec and Firefighter Combat challenges in New England as an individual and two-person coed team.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Crossfit has been a pleasant surprise after years of classic gym workouts. I have met so many outstanding fellow athletes and coaches! Now in my fourth year and the energy and motivation of all the athletes around me is simply amazing and inspiring!!
