Omare Lowe is a native of Maple Valley, Washington. Lowe attended Tahoma High School where he was a three sport athlete lettering in football, basketball, and track. Upon graduation, Lowe attended the University of Washington and was a member of the school's football team for five seasons. Lowe participated in four bowl games, including winning the 2001 Rose Bowl. Lowe was an all Pac-10 selection his senior season at the University of Washington. After a standout career at Washington, Lowe entered the National Football League in 2002 as a fifth round selection of the Miami Dolphins. Lowe spent seven seasons in the NFL. Lowe was a true NFL "journey man," making nine stops on different teams in seven years. In 2005, Lowe was a member of the World Champion New England Patriots. Since retiring in 2009, Lowe has coached track and football at local high schools. Lowe Currently resides in Seattle. Lowe is passionate about the social and professional development of high school athletes. Lowe has a five year old daughter Averi and enjoys golf and motorcross riding.
