Have played baseball all of my life. Played a few seasons of ball for the Nationals and Angels in their minor league system.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My first experiance with CrossFit was of course Fran at Rainier Crossfit. Got to meet pukie after the wod and was hooked since. Now I own Grunge City CrossFit and love what I do!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I dont have a strict rest/ wod schedule I base off how my body feels. If I feel gassed I rest. My thought if if I stay properly fueled, rested and hydrated multipal wods a day I feel benefit my training.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Off and on for the first few years but now that baseball is over I've been serious for the past few years. However a recent car accident and my scoliosis has had me take a huge step back.
