I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Zone-Paleo combination. If I can't eat exact Zone, I'll make sure what I eat is Paleo.

I regularly play recreational sports
I grew up playing lots of sports: soccer, basketball, and softball. Then started playing hockey when I was 14 and played into my mid to late 20s. I haven't been interested in hockey much since I started CrossFit a few years ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I began training at Lynnwood Crossfit during my year of attempting to play women's tackle football. The football never worked out, but the CrossFit stuck.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I typically do 4-5 days on, with rest days mixed in where my schedule allows. I don't like to do more than 3 days on.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in 2008, and have had a couple of injuries (mostly non-CrossFit related) so constantly having to work back up to a higher level. Now, I am only getting stronger all the time.
