How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat about 10oz of chicken, about 1 cup of mixed vegtables (brocolli and carrots), and about 1 cup of brown rice on a daily basis. Started to drink milk at dinner. Saturday and Sunday mornings are Pancake Days, which my wife Stephanie makes for me, she uses Kodiak Pancake brand and she adds flax seed and cinnamon, highly recommend it! During football season, game day, all bets are off!
