How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

Nothing Processed food, No Grains. Milk with my protein. Lots of Sweet Potatoes, Squash, Pumpkin, Fruit, Green Vegetables, and Meat(Chicken, Sausage, Bacon, Steak...etc).

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
