Nothing Processed food, no sugars. Milk with my protein. Meat, Vegetables, Milk, Gluten Free oats and Rice.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Normally 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. But whatever coach Tells me to do, I do.
