Bio

I was a wrestler and a football player and have always had a passion for working out and lifting weights. As most older CrossFit athletes say, I wish it existed in my earlier years because this is a perfect sport for me. Being on the smaller end of the athlete spectrum I tend to do really well at body-weight exercises but I have really put a lot of time into strength.

How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

As a smaller competitor I have to eat a quite a bit more fat than others simply to maintain a certain level of strength. However, I do try to eat Paleo as much as possible. With work and my daily 2 hour commute sometimes things don’t work out the way I planned but I think I’m doing pretty good considering.
