How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I weigh and measure my food. I eat rice, oatmeal and cheese. I zone my food and I no longer eat strict paleo. I cheat every weekend which helps me stay on track during the week by giving me a goal and a prize once I've met my goal. I completely cut out drinking alcohol since May of 2012. I had a milkshake after almost every Open workout this year.

I own and operate CrossFit Aggieland in College Station, Texas where I regularly train. I love doing CrossFit.com workouts and I steal stuff from a lot of other people's blogs for my personal programing all the time. I try to make workouts for myself that work on weaknesses as often as possible. I record benchmark workouts, but only in my head. I can tell you the time from a workout I did like a year ago.

I began really doing CrossFit in the Summer of 2009 in Colorado while working at Compass Wilderness, a Christian outdoor adventure camp based in North Richland Hills, Texas. This is the birthplace of what is now CrossFit DFW. I have completed the CrossFit Olympic Lifting Course and CrossFit Level 2 course. I have been coaching CrossFit since January of 2010. I train others at CrossFit Aggieland. crossfitaggieland.com
