How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm more of an IF (intermittent fasting) and "same food" kind of person. Makes it easy for my husband when he goes to the grocer! Basically it's nuts, navel oranges, apples, tomatoes (love tomato sandwiches), macaroni & ketchup, no-sodium tomato, squash & vegetable soup and oatmeal. Gave up meat in 1977....yep, makes me a vegetarian.....it's been so long i don't even think about it!
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I have been following Iron Force Athletics Programming for Master Athletes since June, 2015. Mike Casavant and his coaches have been stellar! On top of that I am a runner at heart, so I have my running & swimming workouts that parallel the Strength & Metcons. I finesse light days and heavy days.
My Athletic Background
I have an extensive fitness background in running, swimming, martial arts, bodybuilding and power lifting from way back in the 80's & 90's.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I was introduced to CrossFIt Oct. 27, 2008 and haven't looked back. Angie was the first workout I saw posted and just had to do it!
