I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

When not training at Crossfit OKC, I turned my two car garage into a full crossfit gym where I can suffer mere steps away from a comfy couch. From the rubber stall mats to a lifting platform, GHD, jerk boxes, rings, etc, etc. There's just something about the garage gym grittiness that I love.
