How I Eat
I eat 80/20 paleo/other - I know my daily Zone blocks and typically have 3x fat. I take Advocare supplements for performance and recovery.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played volleyball and ran track - after college I found Triathlon and Marathons but fell in love with CrossFit when I found it in 2007.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I started in 2007 - went to the Games in 2008 (pre-qualifiers!) - went to the 2010 Games on a team - and 2011 Games as an individual.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train 3x a week with a coach - usually have 2 days a week with 2 workouts skill/metcon - I take 1-2 days off a week.
