How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat by the zone diet, 17 blocks daily, 5 times.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My pogram is done by the box coach, and I go to the bos 3 times weekly. Now I am trainnig at my Job only February.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I have experience like amateur runner, I have been 4 times in a big marathon in my country, ( 42 kms). I practice Judo in my college too.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I Have experience in 2 nacional crossfit games, and 1 international crossfit game in Peru(2011). Those games were too much important for me.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
3 times weekly.
