I weigh and measure my food
I eat clean zone with a cheat day somewhere every now and then.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Get in about 5-6x a week. I do olympic weightlifting twice a week and crossfit wods the other days.

My husband and I were introduced by his brother Noah and his wife Shawna a few years ago, and we finally gave in.
