ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Im not following any diet plan, i listen to my body, when i feel like something i eat it, but 6 out of 7 days is usually good quality food. Except for Ben & Jerrys ice-cream sweet cookies and cream, whenever i see that i must buy it.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I train at CrossFit Wellebeing, its my sanctuary, I love this place. Ive become the athlete i am today because of the coaching and push from crowd at CrossFit Wellbeing.

My Athletic Background

I was always naturally a decent athlete at any type of sport, but i surely wasn't the best. But when i done my first CrossFit WOD i knew that this was my sport and i know now this is what I'm suppose to do.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I train other people

My first exposure to CrossFit was 20 min AMRAP 400m run max pull-ups That smoked me, couldn't move for days, but i loved it and came back for more. Every workout in the gym i give 100%

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

This lead up to this open, I took 12 weeks off after 2013 Regionals, I started to feel like my workouts were becoming a job rather that enjoying training. I lost my motivation for the sport, but now I'm higher than ever, so ill give it my best.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years
