How I Eat

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I have a coach who determines my programming

I do gymnastics 4-5 days a week for 4-5 hours a day. I go to CrossFit in the mornings whenever I can. When I have had a crazy day and had no time to get a workout in I go to 24 Hour Fitness. I tend to be very active and don't like sitting down doing nothing. I always have to be getting something productive down.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I have been doing gymnastics for 16 years: pretty much my whole life. I started when I was 2 and I am a level 10 gymnast. I have also done 7 years of dance which includes ballet, jazz, lyrical, and a little hip hop. I am also a team gymnastics coach. I have been coaching for a year and a half now.

My Experience With CrossFit

CrossFit has been a amazing experience so far. It is helping me get stronger in many ways that it making my gymnastics even better as well. CrossFit is a lot different then gymnastics, but I love the challenge to learn something knew and it can make me a better athlete.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I workout 4 -5 days a week. I will have a morning workout at CrossFit, then an evening workout at gymnastics. Wednesdays tend to be my main rest day, because I have work.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

Less than 6 months

I started CrossFit about a month ago and plan on doing it for as long as I can.
