Football, Wrestling, Track & Field in high school. Wrestling and Track & Field in college. I now am a High School Football, Wrestling, and Track & Field coach.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I slowly started in 2012. Then in the winter of 2013 i got hooked. I started training more then just a couple days a week at it, and now Im seeing improvement. The people, the hard work, and the intensity are keeping me coming back.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I lift the weights.
