I am a Crossfitter since 2010. Currently I have the distinct pleasure of being a Coach as well. I've recovered from most of my injuries over the past 2 years and am excited to see how my older self will handle this fantastic season! I love everything about what I do both at my fulltime job and at our gym!!

Never really outstanding at sports but enjoyed them when I was younger.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I LOVE THIS STUFF!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I wish my body allowed me to hit 3 WODS all week long...but NOPE! :-)
