How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't measure the food that I eat. Have been eating fairly strict paleo since September 2012, and when I do have cheats they are usually paleo friendly. You are what you eat!!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I started out with ballet and gymnastics till I was 7. Shortly after I switched to hockey and baseball followed by soccer. Things have changed since - if I'm not at work I can usually be found at crossfit or yoga.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I've been doing crossfit for just under a year and have become completely addicted. Started last summer at the box my boyfriend was going to, and have met some amazing people and coaches. Crossfit has changed my life for the better and being at the peak of my fitness is more important to me than ever before.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I can't say I have a 'set' rest day. Depends oh my work schedule and how my body is feeling. When I do have the rest days they are often active rest days involving yoga or stretching.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Have been doing it 4-5x a week for just under a year.
