How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo changed my life a few years ago. I had struggled with food issues for a long time- experiencing intense abdominal pain every time I ate. I went strict Paleo for about two months, and completely changed my relationship with food. I felt better, slept better, had more energy, and no more pain. This is not necessarily a big promo for Paleo- because I am not strict Paleo anymore. However, what this taught me, is that over time, our bodies wear down if you don't treat them right, and Paleo was the perfect solution to give my body time to recover from the large amounts of dairy, sugar and gluten that was destroying my system. Now, I keep those things to a minimum, and have found a balance in healthy eating that works long term.
