I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I started an affiliate in 2008 because I thought I could get rich quick but I ended up just helping a bunch of folks become healthier instead...whatever...
My Work/Rest Schedule
I'll get 3 training days in a good week...I am in NO danger of overtraining :)
