How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I just eat to eat, I really don't really follow a diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I mainly work out at CrossFit Refinery, but occasionally will create workouts to do in a traditional gym. Randomly throw in some squat/strength program
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Play intramural college football and basketball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
A family friend introduced us to CrossFit; owns a CrossFit gym in North Shore, Hawaii.
