I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I work at a busy fire station so typically rest most on shift days. Occasionally I train with my brothers on shift and take the next day off to rest.
