Also I am considered an expert in not dying, seeing as I have gone unbroken in this task for 20+ years. I am also an expert in talking my way out of social engagements.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
One of my biggest strengths is resting. I can out-rest anyone out there including Rich. The intensity of which I rest is unsurpassed and too blindingly intense for mortals to view.
