How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I don't eat sugar except on special occasions or in a planned cheat meal which is not frequent. I eat veggies at every meal and I don't eat processed foods at all, really. I gain weight easily and have to "watch it" all the time. I am conflicted on which "diet" is best but it seems that changing it up frequently works the best for me and I follow my rules above.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played college sports
I ran track for Oregon State University in the 80's. I was a spinter/ hurdler.
