I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Crossfit 3-4 times weekly, Paddle surf once a week, 20-60 pull-ups at work daily.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
1974 to 1985 soccer and youth sports. After high school tp present - recreational sports, Skiing, indoor soccer, softball, 2000 to 2010 cross fit, Jeet Kun Do martial arts, Muy Thai fighting, 2010 to present Stand up Paddle Board racing short and long distance, Paddle surfing.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started in 05 when it was fairly new, until late 06. Started up again 10/12. We did mixed Crossfit classes with kick boxing
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Workout 3-4 days per week. Rest on weekends.
