How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly paleo. I've done two whole30 challenges back-to-back (60 days). Paleo has made a huge difference in my Crossfit workouts, my day to day gut health, and has cured bad sinus issues
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out a few times a month at home. Generally, I WOD 3 times per week. I love lifting weights and doing strongman movements.
