I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow the Bulletproof way of eating.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I also train in jiu jitsu and boxing 2-3 times a week each.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have also competed in Jiu Jitsu tournaments. Placed 2nd in Nationals as a white belt.
