I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work 7 on/7 off and typically 3-a-day when I'm off. Run, CF, yoga.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Hard to believe it's been 4 years.
