My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
The last sport I played was Track and Field in middle school. I injured my left leg at the hip and my running career as a student athlete was over. I didn't bother with athletics again until I came to CrossFit 20 years later.
My Experience With CrossFit

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My first year of CrossFit was a mixed bag of success and failure, and an injury of my own doing. I got very serious after my first open in 2013. Ever since, I've grown leaps and bounds in my own personal health and my drive to succeed in all walks of life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I train at an affiliate and at home. I WOD three to four times per week, oly/power lift and strength train three to four times per week, slowly row or run distance on the off days keeping a lower heart rate. I try to rest completely one or two days per week depending on how I feel
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I'm just barely over the 2-year mark.
