How I Eat
Chicken, pasta, seafood, sandwiches, cereal...ice cream, chocolate, ice cream! I'm not very good at Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
4 days a week at the box, hockey and skiing on the weekends in winter, triathlons, 5k races and surfing in summer.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played every sport growing up. 3 sport college athlete. Varsity field hockey and ice hockey and men's JV baseball. Semi-pro and professional baseball. Semi-pro women's ice hockey in Canada (NWHL). Now, I compete in sprint triathlons, 5k's, national-bound ice hockey team, ski racing is the newest addition.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I never thought I'd be competing at crossfit regionals when I was a spectator in 2013. When I was given the opportunity in 2014 it was a privilege that I worked extremely hard for. I may not be the biggest or strongest, I try to be the fastest, but I always work hard and never give up to reach my goals.
