When I'm not working out and playing sports I enjoy long, moonlit walks on the beach, naps, choreographing dances to movie soundtracks, chasing squirrels, dreaming of rainbowns and unicorns, and following that Punxatawny Phil Groundhog on Facebook.
How I Eat
Chicken, pasta, seafood, sandwiches, cereal...ice cream, chocolate, ice cream! I'm not very good at Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train all summer on my own for sprint triathlons so it's awesome competing with friends at the box!

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played every sport growing up. Two a season. 3 sport college athlete. Varsity field hockey and ice hockey and men's JV baseball. Semi-pro and professional baseball. Not softball! Semi-pro women's ice hockey in Canada (NWHL). Now, I compete in sprint triathlons, 5k's, national-bound ice hockey team, ski racing is the newest addition.
