How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I STAND IN MOUNTAIN STREAMS AND FIGHT BEARS FOR SALMON.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Unless you count the underground bear fighting ring in which I participated in the boiler room under the computer science building in college.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Unless it's spawning season, then it's ALL BEAR FIGHTING ALL THE TIME!
