I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Played rugby in school which was a decent standard. After school I tired of rugby for a while so went for a complete change and took up long distance running and made some good progress there running a 3:11 marathon at one point. Following marathons I went back to playing rugby both at University and then in my local club.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
Tried a few WODs years ago when doing regular weight training. Decided to make a better go of it then at an affiliate a few years later.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
