Did gymnastics as a student. Regular sports program over the years: jogging, yoga, fitness classes. Started doing triathlons in 2011.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
In Tri season: multiple workouts 3+ x a week. Off season: usually only 1 workout a day.
