Growing up as the obese kid, I can't thank Crossfit enough for how much my life has improved.
Started with Heart Palpatations, High Cholesterol, High Triglycerides, High Blood Pressure and Doctors worried about me becoming Diabetic at the young age of 24.
Now, I'm healthy and can focusing on becoming a Wild Land firefighter. Striving to be a Hotshot this upcoming fire season.
