I fly jets for a living. And while on the ground, I spend my time with both my family at home and at the CrossFit afilliates I visit across the country. While staying in shape and performing at my peak has always been a priority after discovering Crossfit, lately, I've enjoyed the journey with throwdowns and several competitions. My Crossfit goal for 2014 is to do well in the Open as always and inspire those that are as old as me and beyond, to push the limit. Aging is awesome when you're having fun and always moving.
