I fly jets for a living. And while on the ground, I spend my time with both my family at home and at the CrossFit afilliates I visit across the country. While staying in shape and performing at my peak has always been a priority after discovering Crossfit, lately, I've enjoyed the journey with throwdowns and several competitions. My Crossfit goal for 2015 is to do well in the Open as best as i can and inspire those that are as old as me and beyond, to push the limit. Aging is awesome when you're having fun and always moving.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm about 80% Paleo. I don't eat nor like breads and processed foods, but am open to an occasional thin crust pizza!
