How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Being new to Crossfit I'm doing my best to put on muscle mass without over eating and packing on pounds. Trying to find the balance has been challenging but I have gotten much closer. My diets leans towards Paleo but i'm flexible. I count my calories and try my best to eat quality proteins and veggies/fruits.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played tennis throughout high school and almost continued on at a collegiate level. Later on I picked up fencing and did compete at a collegiate level for a stint. Until I found Crossfit about 3 months ago, any training I was involved with was primarily for weight management and aerobic endurance such as running and road cycling.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train 3 days a week at an affiliate and am working on adding a 4th day when time permits.
