How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat pretty clean. No dairy or wheat, and very limited sugar.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

Stick to programming designed by Paul Walton. It all revolves around energy system training and getting better at my weaknesses

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Grew up playing Rugby and Basketball at a reasonably competitive level. However, that ceased at age 20 and have been training intermittently up until 2009 when CrossFit took control of my life

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people

Opened up CrossFit Athletic in April 2010 and have been going strong ever since

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

Largely depends on the loading for the week. Generally train 3 on 1 off, and that includes multiple wods. Again, i work on energy system training, so its not always at 100%
